Beautiful rooms, comfortable - with a breathtaking morning view. Beautiful furniture and tableware reflecting the atmosphere of Tuscany. Well-equipped kitchen - nothing was missing. Wonderful place, peace and quiet, total relaxation, and at the same time the possibility of active rest - bicycles, walks, mini golf, horses, badminton, swimming in the owner's pool. A wonderful rest. This is how we imagined Tuscany! A beautiful, atmospheric house, with a well-kept swimming pool and surroundings.

We had the loveliest stay at Podere le Grotte! Everything was perfection, and it was like being in the most beautiful painting. My kids loved the pool, and we loved the stunning scenery, the comfortable apartment, and gorgeous patio. We had everything we needed, and felt so comfortable and taken care of. Beautiful quiet location in the Tuscany countryside. Fabulous view across to San Gimigano. You very much feel like you are staying in somebody’s home. The apartment was comfortable and clean with everything we needed. The pool was lovely. We fell in love with Nina and Pongo! Mauro and Donnatella were fabulous hosts! So welcoming and helpful!

Good location close to San Gimignano. We really enjoyed our stay here. Staff was very kind and friendly. Breakfasts were great, there was various choice of food and staff was constantly supplying if anything was missing. We enjoyed the breakfast on a terrace with nice view on garden with swimming pool.
