The owner did not provide breakfast and I only saw him briefly late in the evening. He said he wouldn't be around in the morning and no food etc was available. As it was a new property the Sat Nav was unable to locate it and there was no road sign labelling the road. The owner said quite a few guests had a problem locating it.

It was quiet and remote enough to feel like you were just away from everything. Super friendly staff and pleasant lodges, didn’t expect it. Clean, comfy and super easy check out.

Excellent Location from Newmarket races, fantastic breakfast nice friendly staff great value for money. Lovely beer Garden and seating.

We stayed in room 42 ...outside the main excellent room clean tidy nicely decorated couldn't ask for any thing else apart from noisy neighbours from room 40 most probably from a function at the hotel which carried on until past 3am .
