Location is close to the airport, shuttle transfer was easy to arrange. The hotel was comfortable for a day’s stay, pool was excellent. Breakfast great! Restaurant options were great, but a bit expensive.

Location. Really easy to get around Santiago. Don't stay here unless you speak spanish and can blend into the area well. This is not for tourists. The Security staff was great, they were very helpful and kind. They kept us from making any bad mistakes that could have gotten us hurt or worse.
