Everything! We just loved the way we were welcomed and made to feel part of the Bedarra family! Everyone knew our names and the service was outstanding. Every meal and cocktail was delicious. From the housemaids to the groundsmen to the bar staff to the manager we felt we were special. Our room was spotless and serviced daily. Lying on the private beach under the big umbrellas felt like being in a postcard. It was a great place to relax - we walked lots and took the taxi into nearby Sigatoka. Another morning we had a tour of local places eg a preschool. All in all it was a wonderful week and one we would love to repeat. Bula Vinaka Bedarra Beach Inn!

We took 6 of the rooms. The staff were so good. They kept my adult kids entertained and they loved it and they even gave them a fire on the beach the last night for them to enjoy.
I had a vowel renewal and they could not have been more helpful. It was so easy.
They were very helpful in information and even one of the staff members joined us on the day tour so we got lots of personal help.
To walk out to the plunge pool was amazing and fantastic for my parents in their 80s to enjoy. The beach was right there. But bring water shoes for the coral.
We all enjoyed the hammocks that we along the beach.
I think over the week we all watched the sun rise in them.

Offers enough choices of restaurants being a quieter area and transport into Sigatoka to get supplies at the market or supermarket. Sinbads has great pizza even though it looks a bit tired from outside. Planet Cafe for great coffee and cake. Closed Tuesday officially but they served us! Crab shack a bit over rated for us. But all local food was not the cheapest but an excellent standard.

We stayed 4 days, it was worth having hired a car from Nadi airport to go down here as then we could easily drive to close spots for meals, waterfall walk and sightseeing or picking up any groceries we wanted.

The resort made our family wedding a memorable experience; well worth travelling from NZ. The bars, pools, restaurants and room service were excellent. The bar on the hill, the buggy drivers, the late-night bar catered for every type of traveler.
Although I had an idea that the coral reef is in trouble, I was shocked at its condition and this effected my peace of mind.

It's easy to be confined to a bubble in some big resorts.
It's easy to be confined to a bubble in some big resorts. That's why we chose a small resort in a less populated part of Fiji. Korotogo is a very quiet little village with a few amenities right on a coral rimmed stretch of coast. It's a mixture of locals and ex-pats. A good thing is to catch the local bus into the nearby larger town of Sigatoka. It's safe. We ate at Sitar Indian restaurant, Sinbad pizza, Crab Shack (our favourite), Bedarra Beach Inn and Beach Bar and grill. We enjoyed our meals at each establishment.

We wanted a quiet time and my sister could not get one arm wet so the shallow lagoon was fine for walking around and there was a pool in our hotel which met our needs. Korotogo village is cute and everyone is friendly, there are lots of eating and drinking options, there are frequent buses that make exploring easy and plenty of tours if you want to fill in your time with activities. It is also in relatively easy access of Nadi airport (60=90 min transfer) and Singatoka town is nearby, which is a nice local town.
There are also a variety of hotel options but the largest hotel/resort - the Outrigger - is good to explore, for shopping and a meal or drinks if you're not staying there.
We ate at our hotel - Bedarra Beach Inn, at the Outrigger, but also at Sinbad pizza place, Chill Grill which was easy, with nice reasonably priced and sized meals, Sitar Indian which was okay and the Grill Bar opposite the Clam Shack which was a very nice last dinner.
I'm a diver and find the lagoon a bit tame but it just suited our needs for this trip.

This is the “real” Fiji where Denarau is “fake Fiji” having said that it’s quite far from both the airport and many activities making it a bit difficult if you want to explore other areas. A trip to Fiji could be well spent between the two areas
The service was amazing, and the staff very friendly, and they really pride themselves on making you feel at home. Nice big room, with a very comfy bed. We were particularly impressed with a complimentary plate of dinner rolls cheese and tomatoes in our room when we arrived.... our flight was delayed and instead of arriving at the hotel at 7pm-ish, we didn't arrive until 11pm, and as the kitchen was obvisously closed, so they'd provided us with a plate of food. Great value for money, and lovely food in the resturaunt.
Met my expectations. I was looking for a mid-size hotel, and not a "resort". Loved the service and people working at the hotel. Booked this hotel primarily to have access to a reef to snorkel right in front of the property. Weather was not great during the stay, so the snorkeling wasn't as good as it could have been. The hotel food was excellent and reasonably priced. Great 50% off happy hour. Also two nice restaurants just down the road; Crab Shack, and Beach Bar and Grill.
The staff were Incredibly friendly and kind. The grounds were manicured and lovely. The food was very good. The room was beautiful, comfortable and clean. Everything was so perfect that they must have completed a thorough renovation. Tambua Sands was a perfect place to relax and learn about the wonderful Fijian culture. It is also nicely located on the Coral Coast and so great as a base for further exploration. This resort was wonderful.
Newly built, lovely resort with great pool and excellent service. Very clean, stylish and within 2 min walk from the beach. The owners are a very nice couple, who are there to help you during your stay. They arranged a driver to pick us up from the port and kindly provided late check in/check out. Delicious breakfast with fresh fruits and locally roasted coffee. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely come back on our next trip to Fiji.
We highly recommend a stay at Kaila Na Ua resort. Ros and Warren were fantastic hosts; they provided us with wonderful tips that allowed us to explore the neighbourhood as locals! They organised our airport pick up with Rish, a lovely & reliable taxi driver. The room had a great view, and the resort was very peaceful. We had a wonderful time; we felt so welcome! We look forward to coming back to Korotogo :-)
Very friendly staff and nice clean room, with a lovely balcony and views just as described. Great beach access, we snorkeled a lot (with gear from the hotel) and saw a lot of fish, although the reef looks to be in rough shape. You have to snorkel at high tide when the reef is covered. The pool looked nice although we didn't use it. Overall comfortable room and very nice people.
A nice, quiet resort with lovely views and appealing gardens. We enjoyed the separate bures rather than 'hotel type' accommodation. Food was generally good, but the included continental breakfast was limited. A good stretch of beach for a walk but you need beach shoes, as there is quite a bit of coral on the beach. Staff were friendly and helpful.
The staff at the hotel were amazing! Just can’t say enough about them! So friendly and welcoming! Our room had a nice view of the pool snd ocean and was clean, very large and comfortable. Great restaurant and bar at the hotel and lots of good restaurants within walking distance! We especially liked the Beachside Bar and Grill.
Great spa, adults only pool was good. Beach had adequate swimming. We do not have children but the kids club and facilities looked very good. The restaurants did good food, in particular the beach restaurant. Highlight had to be the crab shack which ironically isn’t part of the hotel and right next door! Mud crab is a must
The location and the views are to die for, the staff are so welcoming and very accomodating. I went on two the extra trips organised by the hotel and they were great, snorkelling and the waterfall. As a solo traveller I was made to feel welcome by staff and guests, as the location is a true lovers paradise.
The rooms are so spacious with an absolutely stunning location. The views are incredible especially at sunset!
The most incredible hotel I have stayed at by far. Will be coming back again. Love the location as there are restaurants and a spa below. Amazing prices. Cannot recommend this hotel enough.
Fantastic breakfast. Generous variety of fresh tropical fruit, cereal, tea/coffee and toast. Open air dining area best feature of hotel. Menu food excellent. Had a great massage at the spa. Local bus transport just down road into Sigatoka and good choice of restaurants walking distance away.
Located near to Sigatoka, with nearby attraction of Kula Wildlife Park, Sand Dunes etc. Checking process was easy. Our car broke down (battery issue) and the maintenance guy helped us to jump start the engine. Thank you very much for this - some hotel staff are wonderful.
Breakfast - NA
The location was central to where we had planned to visit that weekend ie to Kula Bird Park and Outrigger Hotel
It was affordable and the ease at which the management upgraded our rooms to suit our family request was great
The friendly staff, the bar and hotel was amazing. The ocean was in front of our villa, at night we could hear the sound waves of the ocean which put us to sleep. The staff was very accomodating, so nice and super lovely.
The best thing about the hotel is there is pretty good restaurants outside the hotel that are walking distance, so you don’t have to always eat at the hotel.
The super friendly staff. Being a smaller boutique hotel it is quiet, there’s plenty of peace and space around the pool, not overcrowded. Value for money.
