Great staff - we visited just before they had the builders move in for redecoration and redevelopment. Lovely location and really pleasant part of the world.

Such a clean well presented village. A little quiet, however with the car and travelling around the days were soon filled.
Good access, and a wide tree lined high street which has good accessibility

The site is situated in an area where there are many places of interest within easy reach. The village itself has several nice pubs which serve good food at reasonable prices. The lodges are self catering and there is a good balcony to sit on during the warmer months.

The things that were good were excellent.
The things that were good were excellent. The things that were bad were dreadful. Mistakes which should never be made in this type of establishment. The building is great. The hotel and restaurant it houses could be so much better.

Broadway is a lovely village with fabulous restaurants, pubs and shops. It is the perfect base for visiting The Cotswolds. Our second visit was last week when all the Christmas lights were up, it looked beautiful and welcoming.

Broadway was a lovely little village, one of the larger ones. We reached a little late in the evening so the shops were closed except for a super market and a pub. It was nice to walk around and admire the place in the quite summer evening without the crowds we saw the next day. High street is a good place to walk on and admire the stone buildings. Do visit the tower for good views.
Bedroom was up a flight of stairs but if you can negotiate the stairs the standard and decor in the bedroom is worth it four poster bed and very old but well maintained fittings as is all the hotel dinner was very good good service and food presentation excellent right in the heart of Broadway all just a short walk away and some shops at back of hotel let down by breakfast good choice but long wait for order of food toast cold fried eggs overdone fatty bacon and sausages not the best sad really as the rest of our stay was very good
BROADWAY IS A PRIME AREA IN ALL THE UK. We liked the terraces and the ability to sit outside for meals due to fab weather--is that a positive for the hotel or the weather?
I liked the receptionist. I liked the grounds of the hotel.
We were there for two nights not one as repot above.
Spacious, pretty cosy cottage, good location near the village of Broadway and Cotswolds in general. Clean, comfortable beds and great powerful showers. Two bathrooms were so convenient not forgetting the downstairs loo which was invaluable for my elderly Mother-in-law.
The property was wonderful. There were only two of us, and we had ample room to move about or have a moment of privacy. The private courtyard is the perfect place to read or do nothing at all. I also loved that the village was quiet and wasn’t crowded with tourists.
Perfect location to explore Broadway and a beautiful hotel building with plenty of history. Staff were very friendly and helpful and a warm welcome on our arrival as I had rang to say we would be late arriving. Slept well in a comfy bed. Fabulous breakfasts.
Excellent, central location with a quick walk into the village. Nice, comfortable room with a large amount of nice touches and amenities. Very nice and friendly staff. Very good vegetarian breakfast. Hotel ambience in an old monastery was lovely.
The location is great, right in the centre of Broadway, and the room itself was very nice - clean and comfortable. We were also able to check in early as we had a wedding to get to, which was very much appreciated.
Literally 30 seconds to the beautiful Broadway high street - location couldn’t be better! Loved the Swan and Lygon Arm pubs, and loads of great walks nearby. Cosy apartment, with well equipped kitchen.
The staff was very friendly and very willing to make our stay exceptional. Breakfast was terrific. The location was ideal to be in the heart of Broadway and close to our friends who lived in Broadway.
I liked the sheeps near the mansion and the public spaces in the hotel were very beautiful and big. I liked the old library in the hotel's bar and pretty wiews from the windows. Breakfast was good :)
Everything. I stayed in the "Malvern Suite" with its four. poster bed and lake view. Superbly comfortable. Excellent sandwich lunch, and evening dinner, all reasonably priced. Really friendly staff.
Breakfast was from a nearby cafe and was good ( there is no on site catering) location is excellent and parking excellent also . We were right near the super high street of Broadway.
Great location, nice view and room. AC was nice for the unusually hot day in September. Breakfast was delicious. Staff was very friendly and welcoming. Thank you.
