Pampa Plaza Hotel is located in the peaceful Belgrano neighbourhood, overlooking the picturesque Palermo Lake and golf course. This is a crappy old hotel in a fantastic location. Its that simple. Breakfast is terrible the rooms are old and average. But the location is the heart of Belgrano.

The rooms are cozy and spacious! We liked the mattresses and pillows, which are absolutely comfortable. The apartments offer exceptional cleanliness, no single hair or stain was spotted. The kitchenette is well equipped with everything you might need for a decent dinner. The staff is nice and kind, check in and check out processes went smoothly. The neighbourhood is very quiet yet entertaining. There's a grocery shop around the corner, a lot of coffeeshops and restaurants. There's also a public parking lot in a few steps from the building, which is absolutely affordable. I highly recommend this place - this is one of the best value for money ratio that you may find around.

The host was nice and friendly. I hesitate to write this review as it would hurt their business but feel that others should be aware of the issues and hopefully the owner would spend some money for professional cleaning as I suspect they do the cleaning themselves (or didn’t clean our apartment at all) and it is severely sub-par.
