Located in the heart of Salvador’s historical center, the charming Villa Bahia Hotel is set in two traditional colonial houses featuring a terrace with panoramic view to the Pelourinho. Great location, beautiful hotel and rooms, excellent breakfast and very kind and helpful staff.

This is a small boutique hotel located next to the Praça da Sé, a popular square in the heart of Pelourinho. Public transportation and the Elevator Lacerda are a short walk away. The staff were incredible from start to finish! Going the extra mile to make us comfortable during our stay. I also left a item behind and they helped me make arrangements to have it make it's way home all the way to Canada! Big shout out to Lucas for his impeccable customer service, and kind caring attention. Can't wait to return.

Conveniently situated in the centre of Salvador, Hostel Galeria 13 provides air-conditioned rooms, a garden, free WiFi and a shared lounge. HG13 is probably the best hostel in Salvador! The room was spacious and clean, with fresh linen and towels. The breakfast was amazing and the staff was helpful and lovely. The free caipirinha was delicious. Wifi worked like magic. The location was excellent and reachable by Uber ( before we came, I was told only official taxis can reach the centre) or by foot, really close to all the attractions and museums. I felt really safe and would stay in this hostel again.

Situated in the peaceful Pelourinho neighborhood, Laranjeiras is a recently reformed hostel with free Wi-Fi, cheerful yellow exteriors and ornamental patios. Everything, well located in the historical District (full of events and Police). Staff was simply gorgeous. A big thank you to ALFREDO & JAN ❤️. I loved the breakfast and the single room.
