Very comfortable and good size room, modern design, everything is new. Comfortable bed. Good breakfast. Very helpful and attentive, English speaking staff. Good location, close to the historic center, but on a quiet street. Definitely will recommend this comfortable and safe hotel to my friends.

Situated conveniently in the centre of Santiago, Casona Gorbea Hotel offers continental breakfast and free WiFi throughout the property. I rarely give 10 out of 10, but this stay in Santiago really exceeded my expectations. The hotel owners, Ramón and Oriana, are really doing everything they can to make their guest's stay as comfortable and pleasant as possible, way beyond what they are obliged to do as an hotel accommodation providers. They helped me a lot to orientate myself in Santiago, woke up earlier when I needed to leave very early to make me a breakfast, offered additional helpful services free of charge (washing my clothes) and in general being really kind and attentive. If they continue with this attitude, I have no doubt their hotel business will be very successful. I hope I'll be back in Santiago soon and I already know where I'm staying the next time I visit :-)

Exceptional attention by the staff, very comfortable and clean rooms and beds, great location: very safe part of the city with great public transport, lovely Barrio Yungay! Breakfast included, fresh fruit, coffee, tea and juices freely available 24h. 12.00 check-out available, luggage storage, 24h reception. Baby cods available. Tasteful deco and details, great lighting, all newly refurbished and well maintened. Our family could not have been happier at Casa Aure! We stayed there twice, totalling 4 nights and wouldn't hesitate to book again!

Makikita sa isang inayos na Patrimonial Palace, ang Matildas Hotel Boutique ay nag-aalok ng mga accommodation sa Santiago. Mayroon ding free WiFi access. Our garden view room was lovely and quiet, with bright windows a comfortable king bed and high ceilings. The breakfasts were superb with many choices. We enjoyed the back garden every afternoon. The staff went out of their way to make sure everything was going well for us. They also have access to a guide who will do walking tours, driving tours, anything you want.

Your morning will start with a delicious two-course breakfast of breads then eggs cooked to your preference. The rooms were spacious, with a large workstation (I bring my laptop while traveling to process photos). The beds were comfortable; they even had turn-down service! Bathroom was clean, shower had amazing water pressure. Location is right next to a vibrant restaurant scene and walking distance to the magnificent Pre-Columbian museum. Make sure to check out the ice cream shop across the street! Finally, I loved the courteous and helpful staff. The service is impeccable and deserve 10 out of 5 stars. After check-out, they even allowed us to use the spa to freshen up before our late flights. The rooftop bar was marvelous, offering a variety of drinks including one with calafate liqueur, which basically guarantees that we'll be back!

Ideally located in the centre of Santiago, Hotel HW EXPRESS is within 600 metres of Santa Lucia Hill and 800 metres of Museum of Pre-Columbian Art. Brand new, sparkling clean hotel with the best staff! They went above & beyond for us during our stay, highly recommend :)

This is a great hotel - we've been there 3 times already. The 24h reception is one of the reasons - we were always very well received at different times. The rooms are great, huge, spacious and very comfortable. Big bed, perfect toilet. Delicious and various breakfast. We recommend it!
