From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by warm and attentive staff members who made me feel like a valued guest. The check-in process was swift, and the personalized service set the tone for an unforgettable stay. This place is just beautifully decorated and taken care of and knows how to make its guest feel welcome. Fernando was the one who came at the door when we first arrived and we immediately felt we were staying at a friend’s. Everyone from the staff was super kind as well. The pool is very nice and there whole ambience of the garden is great. The room was exactly like in the pictures, but the exterior is even better in live colors. The breakfast is delicious! I could see myself living here. Thank you for making us feel at home.

Casa Abanico Tulum ligger i Tulum by og har tropiske grøntområder, gratis Wi-Fi og et felleskjøkken med gratis kaffe og renset vann. Mayaruinene i Tulum ligger en 10-minutters kjøretur unna. Det var et fint rom og fint anlegg. Kjøkken på en liten terrasse der vi kunne ordne oss selv.
