I recently had the pleasure of staying at Hotel Milam in Tulum, and I must say, it was an absolute delight from start to finish. This hidden gem offers an unparalleled experience that seamlessly blends luxury, nature, and tranquility. From the moment I stepped into the lobby, I was greeted by warm and attentive staff members who made me feel like a valued guest. The check-in process was swift, and the personalized service set the tone for an unforgettable stay. The rooms are tastefully decorated, featuring a harmonious mix of contemporary design and local influences. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the carefully chosen furnishings to the thoughtfully curated artwork. The on-site restaurant showcased a diverse menu featuring local flavors and international cuisine. Each dish was a culinary masterpiece, prepared with fresh, locally sourced ingredients. The attentive waitstaff and inviting ambiance added to the overall dining experience. A big shoutout to Mara!!!! She´s the most helpfull concierge I´ve seen in Tulum. I can't wait to go back!

This place is just beautifully decorated and taken care of and knows how to make its guest feel welcome. Fernando was the one who came at the door when we first arrived and we immediately felt we were staying at a friend’s. Everyone from the staff was super kind as well. The pool is very nice and there whole ambience of the garden is great. The room was exactly like in the pictures, but the exterior is even better in live colors. The breakfast is delicious! I could see myself living here. Thank you for making us feel at home.

Located in Tulum town, Casa Abanico Tulum offers tropical gardens, free Wi-Fi and a communal kitchen with free coffee and purified water for guests. The Tulum Mayan Ruins are a 10-minute drive away. very nice place to stay for couple of nights. owner very helpful. cleaning service as well. i would recommend to everyone.

Howlita Hotel Tulum is situated in Tulum town, just 5 minutes driving from Tulum’s Mayan ruins and 5 kms from beautiful white-sand beaches. Very friendly and helpfull owners, nice and clean room.

Everything was great from start to finish. The lady from reception contacted me before I arrived to check on me and see if I needed anything. The rooms are amazing, the shower was the best I had so far, the rooftop pool was great to relax, and the staff was very friendly as well. They gave us some information about what to do and eat etc. I highly recommend if you visit Tulum.
