A very nice and clean hotel, the breakfasts are excellent, the location is very quiet, we used bicycles and a scooter to get around. The staff is very friendly, especially Mr. John, who helped us with everything we could think of. I highly recommend it.

I liked the front desk workers like Alvaro who was especially helpful. I liked that we could book tours and rent bikes. The location is great and the hotel was comfortable and beautiful.

A szállás hangulata nekünk nagyon tetszett, a személyzet pedig mindenben a segítségünkre volt és rugalmasan kezeltek mindent. Késő éjjel érkeztünk a szállásra és még akkor is segítségünkre álltak. A reggelit felhozták a szobánkba amikor kértük, szóval régen találkoztunk ilyen vendégszeretettel. A feltöltött képek maximálisan megegyeztek a valósággal.

The room was clean and tasteful, the restaurants served up tasty food and drinks, and the pool is unreal. Special shout out to the staff, especially the guys working at the restaurant/bar - they were so friendly and helpful and we felt like family be the end - also - great taste in music ;)

Located 3.1 km from Tulum Archeological Site, Kimpton - Aluna Tulum provides rooms with air conditioning in Tulum. The room was exceptional with a terrace that reached to the outdoor pool. I especially enjoyed the staff. Upon arrival you are greeted with top notch customer service. Paola, Kenny and Edward were amazing. The facilities also had an adults only roof top pool and out door area. The bar manager Josue was extremely professional and offered suggestions about where to go in the city, which restaurants to visit outside of the hotel. The food at the hotel restaurant was also exceptional. I had both dinner and breakfast there. The waiters were extremely attentive, coffee was amazing as well as the breakfast buffet.
