He helped us to organise the next leg of our trip because we ran into some troubles. He was really easy to contact and accommodated our checkin. The facilities were clean, neat and spacious. Wifi worked really well including in the room and the location was in a safe neighbourhood. We took the bus quite easily to get into the plaza de armas. And were very close to a large supermarket and the barrio Italia which had heaps of fantastic restaurants and good food!

Very good position, clean comfy beds, a lot of free space, and the best part is the staff. Ivan, Ignacio, Alex e Juan are wonderful guys, really caring for their guests. They helped me with my reservation due to cancelled bus journey. Highly reccomend the Hostel!
