Only foreigners who pay with a foreign credit card, debit card or via bank transfer are exempt from this 21% additional fee (VAT) in accommodation and breakfast when presenting a foreign passport or a foreign ID along with a supporting document handed by the national migrations authority, if applicable.

Please note that for non Argentinian residents, a local tax "Visit Buenos Aires" of 1 USD, per person, per day, is not included on the fee. It applies to all guests with 12 years old and above. Please contact the property for further information.

The parking works from Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm
