We are a professional vacation rental company, we love hosting new guests. We will be happy to welcome you. Remember that we are not a hotel, they are private apartments. Therefore we do not have staff working in the facilities, we ask for good communication before your arrival so that the check-in and check-out process is simple. We will be waiting for anything you need during your reservation.

Property info

Enjoy this beautiful, comfortable and central apartment. Strategically located, near the ferry to Isla Mujeres in Puerto Juárez, at the beginning of the Hotel Zone and the city center. The apartment is on the 2nd floor, you have to climb stairs. On the rooftop you will be able to enjoy a (shared) pool with a spectacular view and the Caribbean Sea in the background. It has a room with a queen bed, equipped with everything you need; WIFI, Smart TV (Netflix, Youtube, etc), air conditioning. It is a good area to walk in Cancun, it has a cafe a few steps away, you can also use a bicycle to go faster, and to go further you can take a taxi or public transportation. We leave you one towel per person for the bathroom and another for the pool. It is fully equipped with sheets, pillows, soap and shampoo. It only includes cleaning before your arrival and after your departure, if you want any intermediate cleaning we can offer it at an extra cost.

Neighborhood info

The "Maidens"; It is located next to Puerto Cancún, it is an old area that is being renovated, don't be fooled by appearances, there may be old houses but it is a good area to walk, you can see murals by local artists, get to know local life and find public transportation.
