Our apartment has an special charming. Its view suggests the sensation of being immerse in the landscape. The light that comes inside from the windows expand the place and allows a relaxing environment. It is ideal for taking a couple of days off and enjoy a break from the routine, and of course have the chance to make nice walks. The objects and paintings are specially chosen as well as the furniture. It has the simplicity of beauty and the comfort of the austere. Placed at the peninsula entrance , nearby Gorlero , main street, is closed from restaurants, shops , supermarkets , simplifying the provision of supplies. Furthermore , the easy access to both sides of the peninsula and its beaches, is a plus for moving by car.

Our warm welcome to this special apartment in Punta del Este, a place made with love and care. From its windows you can appreciate beautiful sunrises , and from the “brava” you can sit to enjoy sunset behind the sand dune , or decide to go yourself to the other side , the “mansa” and enjoy sunset view in a direct way behind the Gorriti Island. For people who love walking , the place is ideal: you have the chance to go all around the peninsula watching a very variable landscape. There are lots of cafe to pop in. Street 20 is full of nice shops to enjoy the best of furniture, deco and clothes design . My wish is that you can enjoy being her as I do

This is an extremely comfortable and practical neighborhood in Punta del Este, apart from being so close from many shops is just opposite the brava beach. For those who like casino, the Nogaró is just two blocks from the apartment . Conrad casino is on Claudio William boulevard , step 4 , mansa beach; this means about 10 minutes by car. The port is a very interesting and picturesque place to go ; you can buy fresh fish especially during the morning. The Artigas handicraft fair is 10 minutes walk . During summer there is always a show to see apart from the traditional exhibition of artisan products. A very nice place to visit, but is far away : Pablo Atchugarry Foundation ( ruta 104, km 105, El Chorro )
