The hotel is less than 5 minutes walk from a very nice beach. The property is new, clean, full of light and entertainment with all of its facilities (sauna, steam room, indoor/outdoor pools, live shows, gym, relaxing room). The standard room is very spacious and it has a small living area inside as well as a balcony with chairs and a table (in my case overlooking the pool which I loved). As per the breakfast, there was so much to choose from! Good quality vegetables, fresh bread and fruit, I really couldn’t help but try everything. And same goes for the evening buffet. For lunch, their bar has a menu with typical (yummy) food and a choice of desserts and original cocktails. Finally, staff of all departments is very nice as well: professional, friendly and chatty, and we could see how hardworking they are. In particular Enrique, the waiter at the bar and the tall man responsible for the restaurant, whose name I cannot really remember. They all made us feel welcome and we won’t hesitate to return soon.

Hotel ARTIEM Capri is just 500 meters from Mahon’s main shops and bars. Es Grau Beach is 8 km away and S’Albufera Nature Reserve is within 7 km. The concept to reduce carbon footprint. The grab and go along with complimentary selection of drinks is a great idea and made the hotel buzz in the afternoon. I had an excellent massage from Anabel and didn't need to book in advance, popped in on the off chance. Breakfast options are also excellent 👌. We had an issue with the TV which was dealt with very quickly. If this a representation of the Artium group we would certainly look for them again in other locations.

The hotel is quaint, beautiful and very peaceful; it couldn't be in a better spot, right in the very centre of the historic Ciutadella. Everything is so lovely decorated, giving a charming and fresh vibe (the hotel also smelled so nice in all the areas :)). We stayed in the terrace room, which was incredible. The terrace was huge and the view was amazing. There were Rituals products in the bathroom, which was also nice. The room overall was top. The breakfast was also great, where little plates with local foods were prepared, like Menorcan cheese and sausage, eggs and more - there were a variety of different things that were prepared on the spot. Apart from this, the staff was so lovely and helpful! Thanks for making the stay so nice.
