The George hotel was the last port of call before returning to Spain via Portsmouth. We really regretted not being able to stay for more than one night. The hotel was beautiful, warm, clean and friendly. The bed was so comfy and inviting. The bedroom very spacious. Shower was hot and powerful. Some lovely touches too. A little duck sitting in the shower base 😁 We stayed in hotel for evening meal which was lovely. Great choice for breakfast too. Would highly recommend and if ever in the beautiful area, would return.
