The staff were friendly, shoutout to Oksana at the front desk who recommended the most incredible local restaurant and for her efficient service. The breakfast was an impressive spread! The hotel is stunning - the photos online does not do it justice. It is a 5min walk away from the train station and located in a beautiful part of the town. Was sad to leave.

Located just a few steps from the beach, Hotel Marina offers accommodation in Monterosso al Mare, in the Cinque Terre National Park. We had a lovely room with beautiful white and beige lace curtains. We were happy to have a fridge, a water cooker, coffee, tea and sugaring our room. The bathroom was enough big and it was clean. The breakfast was fine, just enough choices that one tend not to overeat.

Featuring a spa, the Astoria is a family-run 4-star hotel at the start of Rapallo's seaside promenade. Staff make you feel like home, from the reception to the housekeeping. They were caring and so friendly and professional. We got served a welcome drink on arrival, which was a great touch. They can organise anything for you, from car transfers to boat trips. Breakfast was very good with a good selection of italiand breads, sweets, cheeses and meats, as well as some hot options. Room was spacious and clean, with a great view and all the facilities we needed. Location was perfect, right across from the beach, near many restaurants and about 100 metresfr the ferry terminal, which goes to Portofino, Santa Margherita and other beaches. During our stay, there was also a special drinks / finger food happy hour event organised by the hotel, which was a great opportunity to meet staff and other guests. Highly recommended.

Featuring panoramic views of Portofino Bay, Excelsior Palace is a luxury 5-star hotel offering 2 restaurants, sun terraces and spacious rooms, many with sea views. We stayed here for our 25th anniversary trip to Italy on our way from the Lake Como area and before visiting Portofino and the Cinque Terre and Tuscany. The hotel was very kind to upgrade us to a beautiful bay view with balcony. It was spectacular. We had a drink there and then ate in their restaurant, which was good. Breakfast was also very good and had lots of options. Espresso drinks were wonderful. I chose this hotel because it also had a nice gym, and I enjoyed it and its spectacular view. We were hoping to eat at the seaside restaurant and sit by the pool because the weather was in the 80s, but they were clsoed for the season. :( We visited Santa Marguirita Ligure, which was lovely, for lunch, and very close by.

The staff is exceptionally kind and helpful, and we felt like staying with family. Breakfast is generous and perfect to start a hiking day.

Very nice staff, private parking available, access to the private beach (20€ per day) can be bought at the reception. Modern bathroom and a kitchen equipped with basic amenities. We had a great time!

I was traveling alone with my 7 years old autistic son. He was amazed with the territory and a lots of elevators. All the buildings are well air conditioned, two room apartment was silent, we had a very good sleep. Also no one complained about the noises my son made. The stuff and animators were exceptionally attentive and supportive. Shallow swimming pool worked very well for us. Magic show was interesting, either the evening dance for kids

Oh my word! Amazing. The rooms, balcony, sea view, pool, meals on the restaurant terrace, spa, treatments, service accommodating nature of the staff. We didn't want to leave!
