Loved the rainfall shower head. The bed was soft but we found it to be very comfortable and had a great nights sleep. Hotel was very close to the station (less than 5 minute walk). Also nice that you could connect to Netflix after a long day out

Our room was spacious, impeccably clean and overall had great design / amenities The cafe / lounge was more than pleasant and the restaurant and breakfast was way beyond our expectations with a lot of attention and skill as much in the kitchen as with the service. We had great value for our money and Highly recommend Zentis Osaka !
