Lovely and friendly staff, nice location, breakfast was ok. Really nice to have a pool to cool down in. Turtle in the backyard is so cute. Free cooking class one of the days I was there. Enjoyed my time a lot, booked to stay a few more days. Merida is a nice place to have as a base while you can do daytrips to cenotes, beach, chizen iza, uxmal, and so on. Would come back!

It's one of the coolest hotels I've been to. The place is like an oasis where you can truly relax - quiet, surrounded by trees and flowers, with plenty of attractions like an outdoor fish spa, swimming pool with hammocks and hot water caves. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was delicious. The rooms have a really cool, etnic design, are very spacious and include a nice terrace. I can definitely recommend this place in Valladolid.

Perched along the pristine coastline, the views of the ocean were absolutely mesmerizing. Watching the sunset from the private terrace was a daily highlight, and the sound of the waves crashing against the shore was a soothing lullaby every night. The accommodations were not only comfortable but also beautifully designed. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings added a touch of elegance to the entire experience. The villa I stayed in was spacious, clean, and thoughtfully appointed, making it a perfect sanctuary for relaxation. The pool area was a wonderful place to unwind and soak up the sun with an amazing view of the ocean. Puerta Del Cielo exceeded all my expectations. It's a paradise where you can disconnect, rejuvenate, and appreciate the natural beauty of the Yucatan Peninsula. Whether you're seeking a romantic getaway or a peaceful getaway, this place has it all. I can't recommend it highly enough, and I'm already planning my next visit.
