Villa Valencia went above and beyond our expectation! We booked the villa for 6 persons with 3 bedrooms. Each bedroom had its own bathroom, which was luxury. The villa was super clean. Our room was made daily. The staff even mops the floors outside daily! The bed was comfortable, and the sheets and blankets were of high quality. Breakfast was also really delicious and well balanced. There is a water filtration which also saved us from buying bottled waters. The staff were so genuine and helpful! Overall, we had a very comfortable stay. Very affordable villa for all it offers!

Fantastic location, easy to access, amazing views of Huascaran Park just behind the town! Desk staff were extremely helpful and friendly (even brought us up hot tea to our room about half an hour after we checked in 🥰), breakfast was made fresh for us, and we were even made some Muna tea (helps with altitude) when we mentioned my husband was having some gut issues! Would absolutely stay here again!!

I normally do not write an evaluation but Carlos and his family just deserve the best. Of course it is not a 5-star hotel but if you are in Huaraz you don’t need that at all. Carlos always was there for me from helping me organizing all the hikes (you should definitely organize them with the help from him otherwise you pay too much if you just walk into some agencies) to getting my laundry from the lavanderia because I arrived too late from a hike. Maimara Hotel mempunyai taman, lounge bersama, teras, dan bar di Huaraz. Beautyfully decorated hotel in a quit street in Huaraz. The city center is a 20 minute walk. The breakfastroom offers a stunning view at the mountains. The room was clean, spacious and comfortabele. The hot shower and bath were a treat after a long hike. In the evening we dronk local beers near the fireplace.

Hidden gem situated just a stone's throw away from the city center. Shielded by its tall walls, it provides a surprising quietude amidst the Huaraz chaos. The beautifully landscaped gardens amplify this tranquility, giving a peaceful break from the city's hustle. Breakfast was a plentiful buffet where the staff ensures every detail is attended to. The room was cozy, with a notably comfortable bed. While Huaraz can have its water and electricity challenges everything runs seamlessly at the hotel, there were enough electrical plugs in the room and there was always hot water in the shower. What truly set this hotel apart for me, though, was the staff. Every individual I interacted with was exceptionally friendly and went above and beyond to make sure I felt at home. A special mention to the owner – his passion for the place shines through, and his warmth and welcoming nature made my stay all the more memorable. An oasis of calm and hospitality, I highly recommend this hotel.

It was really quiet as we were almost the only one there at the time. The Staff and owner were really sympathetic and helpful. Rooms are simple but clean
