El Samed Tamarind Beach Resort se encuentra en Ko Samed, a 800 metros de la playa de Ao Phai, y ofrece alojamiento con jardín, aparcamiento privado gratuito, terraza y restaurante. The ocean view villa was amazing. The interior atmosphere of the villa was so cozy with the local materials. The staff was really friendly, kind and smiley. The reception service was helpful and excellent english speaking. The territory of the the resort was stunning with the greens, flowers. Everything was clean and well organised. The beach, other bars, market and juices/smooth maker point were just few minutes walk from the resort. The beach was wonderful with the sunsets. It wasn't crowded. The menu of Reef Bar&Restaurant was delicious with colorful tastes. The cocktails were really creative and unique:)

Blue Bay Bungalow está en Ko Samet y ofrece alojamiento con terraza y zona de playa privada frente a la playa, a 2 min a pie de Playa de Ao Phai. I stayed in the budget room, which had all the space, comfort and facilities of the expensive rooms but was further from the beach...by about 30 metres. It was also more private because there was no foot traffic. I really enjoyed my two nights here. There are many lounges around the bar area....you can stay completely shaded whilst gazing out to sea. The bar is just metres away. The drinks are slightly more expensive than other places but still reasonable, except the cocktails which I thought were too expensive. The water was very clear and free of pollution....so much better than on previous visits. They do not serve food but a very good beachside restaurant is just around the headland....five minute walk. There is also a minimart down that way. Midmorning a woman arrived on the beach with her kitchen on her back. She cooked me grilled chicken with fresh papaya salad for 120baht. It was delicious. I slept in a very comfortable king size bed. I had tea/instant coffee and a jug. I had a refrigerator and a hot shower. Everything was spotlessly clean. The staff were professional and helpful. I have travelled through Asia for more than 40 years now, always staying in more budget style accommodation. This place is a standout!

Sky cottage dispone de jardín, salón de uso común, terraza y restaurante en Ko Samet. Very hospital, lightful and cozy place! It's very pleasant to live in so beautiful and clean room, with really comfortable beds. Near are the beach and plenty of different restaurants with tasty food and normal prices. Breakfast was pretty good as well. I've noticed that the stairs could be too steep to senior people, but maybe this issue is solved somehow - it's better to ask an owner. In total - can strongly recommend Sky Cottage, we really felt care, love and skill invested in the place.
