We LOVED everything! The entire resort premises were new, modern, clean and impressive and welcoming. The room was big with fully equipped kitchenette, huge modern bathroom, balcony, full amenities. All rooms face the ocean/have ocean view. The resort offered everything one could wish for for a perfect vacation: Adult / infinity pool with ocean view, water fun park, surfing, climbing wall, hot tubs, fitness room, complimentary water and lemonade in the pool areas, at reception desks and in fitness room. The entire staff was genuinely the friendliest and most thoughtful and helpful we have ever met in a hotel, everyone - from the manager to room service - was like: "Don't worry, let us get this for you, you just lean back and enjoy your stay - you're on vacation, remember?". We had an amazing time!

The quality of everything was excellent - above expectations. The staff were just SO friendly from check in, round the pool, housekeeping, the restaurant. We've never been to a hotel with such friendly staff Room fittings are excellent and it was really comfortable. USB points by the bed and really fast USB on the desktop. Great Wi-Fi around the entire resort. If you're from the UK be prepared for sky high prices but thats the island rather than the hotel. One night we had a KFC delivery which was $78 !!!!!!! If you go out for dinner a cab each way will be $20-$25 without a tip The pool is the best I've been in in my life (and I'm 73 now). Its 1.3m all over so ideal for me as a non swimmer to just stand in and relax. Views over the beach and the sea. Watch the cruise liners coming in and out. Just perfect The resort is at the right end of the beach as the waves are gentlest and it has the least loose eel grass.

The suites are very well located on Paradise Island, 30min walk from downtown Nassau. The room was very spacious, silent/private and comfy, the staff extremely friendly and helpful! The neighbourhood was very calm and felt safe, only 5min away from the amazing Cabbage Beach. Very well furnished with couches, fridge, lounge chairs on the terrace!
