The servers themselves were charming and all smiles to the guests, went the extra mile to please and committed to guest pleasant stay. The morning wait staff taught me Spanish! The palms side has charm and the grounds are looked after well. Walking around it is a joy. But the best thing about staying here was the entertainment team. Benjamin, Louis, Ariana, Geraldine, Maria and Carlos were brilliant at organising the various activities. The Yoga and aqua fit classes were fun and effective. The Volleyball was well attended making. It a lot of fun and other assorted activities throughout the day were great. There are many different parts to the resort allowing for quiet areas as well as louder more active parts. We would definitely return.
