Located along the shores of Uruguay's Rio de la Plata, Carmelo Resort & Spa features an outdoor pool, an indoor pool, a gym and a restaurant in Carmelo.

The hotel is more beautiful that it looks in the pictures. Things like the spa and restaurant are not represented in the online pictures of the resort - which is too bad. The pool area is also very nice.
