The front desk is available 24/7 and was always pleasant! The hotel is centrally located in Ostia, which is roughly 15min by car from Rome. There are restaurants and small grocery stores walking distance from the hotel, as well.

The beach looked great and if we were staying longer and the weather was warmer, we would have definitely spent some time there. There was a lot of restaurants to choose from and the two meals we had were quite good.

The apartment was very clean and comfortable with everything we needed for our 3 week stay. The number 5 bus stop was across the road from the apartment which stopped across from the train station which took you into Rome. The beach was a walk away with plenty of facilities. Ostia is ok. The beaches are mostly private and you have to pay , they stop you to go in. There are couple areas pubic. It’s close to Fiumicino so it’s convenient to take a taxi…25euro. It is a very nice area especially when the weather is sunny and hot. There are many nice places to eat and drink either by the seaside or elasewhere. It is very enjoyable to walk around the area and enjoy the excellent sea view.

The staff was so sweet; they helped us take all of our luggage from the reception to the actual apartment (it was a couple of blocks down the road). The beach is a 7 minute walk away. They even let us stay a couple of additional nights (we paid obviously) but it was hassle free and we could stay in the same room we had. The bed was super comfy and this has been the first hotel we’ve gotten with a smart TV. Overall a great experience.SandraUnited States

Kitchen is fully-equipped, there is 3 tv’s, large bathroom, great beds, and even the sofa was comfy to sleep. House is very peaceful and quiet. Short walk to free beach, many grocery shops nearby, easy connections to central Rome and Ostia Antica. The place is quite small with two bedrooms and a small kitchen, but it’s perfect for the location. Because the soon as you walk out the front door you’re surrounded by restaurants and shops and on the weekend it was a nice market set up on the plaza. She even responded at midnight, coming to reset the electricity from a power outage! The location is about 1 block from a train station. There are coffee shops and convenience stores nearby. A larger grocery store is only 3-4 blocks away. This is a great Airbnb for visiting Ostia Antica!

Near restaurants and shops, and very friendly.
