Ideally located in the Botafogo district in Rio de Janeiro, Ibis Botafogo is just 1.9 km from Morro da Urca and 2.3 km from Christ The Redeemer. The property is located in tourist friendly area with many places to walk, eat and buy groceries. The area felt safe and was centrally located for reasonable walks to the beach area at Copacabana. We also found a parking garage within 100m that could accommodate our camper van.

The staff is very friendly, the breakfast was excellent, the rooms comfortable, and the view is priceless.

If you want a 5 star hotel, there are many around. For the location, breakfast and the lovely staff also AC and good bed the price was fair.
