Daniela allowed us an Early check in with no additional cost. Melanie was extra helpful with making reservations for my birthday dinner. She recommended one of the best restaurants and made personal reservations. Honestly this has been one of the best stays in Cartagena. The staff is very helpful, polite and eager to help/please. The hotel itself is beautifully decorated. All my instagram pictures have been amazing thanks to their modern chic decor! All of my followers have been asking me which hotel it is I am staying. Hotel Don Pedro De Heredia is situated in the historical city centre of Cartagena. It has an outdoor pool, and offers air-conditioned rooms with marble floors and flat-screen TVs. The hotel itself is traditional and atypical of Colombia. It was an oasis of calmness from the historical city jungle and a shelter. The room was spacious and the vintage touch goes with the experience. If you are expecting a luxurious designed hotel thia one is not for you. I loved the decoration, the flowered walls, the terrace with the view on the San Catalina cathedral, the pool, the staff is warm and willing to help. I wanted to stay longer This hotel has a charm Definitely.

Hotel 3 Banderas is in Cartagena's city centre and offers a waterfall garden, 2 spacious patios, and a roof-top terrace overlooking Cartagena. It is just 3 blocks from the Caribbean Sea. EVERYTHING!!!! Great location. Great facilities. Profound value for money. It should be a 4 star! Very good breakfast.

An amazing location location - I think it's in the prettiest part of the walled city, though everything (including Getsemani) is within a ten-minute walk, or so. The entire facility is remarkably clean and the flowers are beautiful! Our visit featured an excellent (with a diversity of offerings) breakfast and ridiculously friendly restaurant staff. Honestly, we preferred this breakfast (food and vibe) to our four-star hotel.
