You can get the hotel by the 7, N and R trains (Queensboro Plaza) and the E train (Queens Plaza and Court Sq) from the airport. The staff was super helpful and the room had enough space and very cleaned. I was a 1.5 mile away from Gantry Plaza State Park which is a great spot for walking, running and spending some spare time.

We are very satisfied with our stay at LIC hotel. It's a great value for its location and cleanliness. Subway is just around the corner and it is connected to several metro lines. You can be in Manhattan in 10-15min from the time you leave the hotel. We found the neighborhood very quiet and safe. There are also few supermarkets and restaurants/diners in its vicinity. Hotel is quite basic, but it is soooo clean! Rooms are cleaned every day. Mattress and pillows are very comfy. Mattress a bit on the hard side, but it was great for us. There is also a laundry room in the hotel which can be very helpful. Breakfast is the same every day, but nice choice and tasty food. Hotel also has a rooftop with a great view. With some TLC it could go to a next level, but it is nice as is. Hotel rooms look just as on photos. I really recommend stay at this hotel!
