Lovely house with a lot of character. Staff so helpful. There is a lovely comfortable lounge area upstairs where there is free tea, coffee and cake at any time. Good breakfast. Good location and a short walk down the hill into town. We would definitely stay here again if we came back to Ushuaia.

The two really nice things about Mirador del Beagle are the views and the owners. Although the place is a bit away from downtown, the views from the rooms that are in the front side of the property are lovely! (As I understood, you need to book in advance for these rooms). As for the owners, Marina and Christian, they are really caring people! Marina wants the place to be clean, and any guest who messes things up (like the group of Korean tourists that moved out that morning did) will upset her a lot; and rightfully so too. I recommend this hosteria for a quiet and pleasant stay.
