They were knowledgeable, skillful, expedient, and personable at all times. The hotel was in excellent order, as well as the room was well furnished and very clean. As a matter of fact, on the first day when i discovered the microwave wasn't working the front desk had a staff member come up directly, check it out and come back with a new working microwave in quick order. They kept the drinks flowing fast for us. Tons of casino games and slots of variety to play. Having a separate smoking casino was a bonus. Had a great time.

We arrived early, and they accommodated us quickly and without us feeling like it was a bother! Breakfast was busy, but had great selection; Self-make pancake machine, toast, muffins, yogurt, bananas, omelets, scrambled eggs, hash browns, bacon, breakfast sausage and turkey sausage, hot oatmeal, muffins and cinnamon rolls. Staff was very friendly, and kept up as hot food was emptied by guests.
