Room beautifully done...surprised with jetted tub. Daily breakfast was delicious. Outside patio placed to make most of lake views. Peaceful quiet and relaxing.

We loved staying at Banff boutique inn! first of all the staff and Poline and Hannah especially, were so nice and helpful. Free parking, quiet but near downtown location worked perfectly for us. We brought our own groceries and cooked at the full equipped kitchen with no problems. The complimentary Tea, Coffee and hot chocolate were so good and in great quality. The common area next to the fire place and the books and board games let us feel like a home for two nights. It was amazing, romantic vacation in the snow.

It was a spontaneous idea to book our stay in A Bear and Bison Country Inn and it was the best one what we could have! Everything was so so good. Staff was kind, room was super clean and comfy, breakfast was fantastic!! This was our first, but definetly not last stay...

Great price, very nice room. I was travelling with my son, an I accidentally booked a single queen size bed. All my mistake. The person at the counter asked if I’d meant to do this and when I said no she immediately changed it to a room with twin beds…without me asking. Great service!!!
