The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. Went out of there way to help me, including accommodating my vegan diet for breakfast (even though I didn't ask, they asked me) and walked with me to show me an money exchange place with great rates. The grounds are well kept with lots of plants. The room was clean, beds soft, hot showers, and the AC worked well. There is a microwave to heat food down stairs. Is a short 5 to 7 minute walk from the city center. I plan to stay here again and would recommend it!

We liked this hotel a lot: welcoming stuff, good breakfast was good, hot water and conditioner worked very well. It was very quiet at night. We later stayed in other place and regret. Highly recommend!

The hotel is immaculately clean and very comfortable. lots of area upstairs for relaxing outside of your room in a communal area. Great value for money and the staff were friendly and helpful. They brought a dog bed and water n food bowels for my dog. This was a nice touch but I had to pay for it… 30 soles extra was charged for my stay that I wasn’t happy about but receiving the dog bed for loan for the night made up for my disappointment. The breakfast was excellent!!!

Our concierge was there to meet every need we had even before we thought to ask. The hotel had very comfortable and clean rooms, with amazing food selections, and everyone we met provided amazing service to meet all of our needs. This will truly be one of our most memorable experiences of a lifetime.
