I have put some thoughts before writing this review.. the thing is this is probably one of the best resorts in the world! I mean it’s not ultra fancy, perfect nor it is for everyone, but I think it’s for most of people out there. It’s new, eco friendly, massive, clean, organized, locally focused, Mexican in heart with amazing food and drinks and gives access to all xcaret brand parks and facilities (besides casa de la playa, the most exclusive one). In a lot of ways it improves the already good Xcaret Mexico hotel (the first one). Indeed 3 years ago I have stayed in Xcaret Mexico hotel and besides the obvious absence of children in this one I founded the service much better overall, the refinement improved, the materials although similar are newer and feel more modern and stylish. I really appreciated the scent change in bath amenities, much better than in the previous hotel (actually I have complained before). In the first day I was a little disappointed as the main pool was very cold…don’t know if a conversation I had with the pool staff had any consequence but the following days the water was so much warmer, it was really enjoyable! So it is definitely a heated pool! The hotel should keep it always warm as its the best spot of the resort to linger! I also found a smaller pool besides building Casa Musica that is much hotter than the others, a calm place to relax and to enjoy great coktails (secret spot!). The food. Where to start… a massive main restaurant Mercado de San Juan which can be overwhelming big, delivers impressive high quality food considering the variety and the massive amount of food available all day long. I just think it is not well organized, there is deserts in the middle, Mexican food scattered around, and just seems a little confusing to navigate. Regarding the a la Carte restaurants they are all good quality but Tah Xido and Encanta restaurants were a level above the rest, truly amazing experience!

Atelier Playa Mujeres- Adults Only - All Inclusive Resort is offering accommodation in Playa Mujeres, With free WiFi, this 5-star resort offers a private beach area and a 24-hour front desk. The hotel is amazing. The staff is great and the restaurants are so beautiful and the food is great. The areas at the hotel are great because it is a quiet hotel but fun! Not too noisy so if you want to relax and to party this is the place. It is one of the best vacations we have done at beach. We’ll come back for sure!

A Haven Riviera Cancun Adults Only étteremmel, díjmentes magánparkolóval, szabadtéri úszómedencével és fitneszközponttal várja vendégeit Cancúnban, a Beto Avila Stadiontól 24 km-re. A szálloda személyzete hihetetlenül kedves és figyelmes volt velünk, minden igényünket azonnal kielégítették és mindig mosolygósan álltak rendelkezésünkre. A szobáink nagyon tágasak és kényelmesek voltak, modern bútorokkal volt berendezve. Más szállásokon is jártunk már a környéken, de itt a hangszigetelés kiváló volt, így nagyon jól tudtunk aludni éjszaka. A medencék is nagyon hangulatosak voltak, a környezet pedig gyönyörű és nyugodt. Az éttermekben pedig nagyon finom ételeket kínálnak, különösen ajánlom a helyi specialitásokat. Összességében nagyon elégedettek voltunk a Haven Resort szolgáltatásaival és személyzetével. Biztos vagyok benne, hogy másoknak is nagyon ajánlom ezt a helyet, ha a környéken járnak, és szeretnének egy igazán kellemes, pihentető időt tölteni.

The attention to detail was fantastic. Customer service was excellent and the food was amazingly delicious and has a huge variety. The resort is large enough that there's plenty of space for everyone. The architecture blended with nature was wonderfully well considered. The parks were fun and the night show was beautiful.
