Could do with updating and patching up some holes as it's definitely been used regularly.

The bungalow has everything you need. Love that there was tea, coffee and milk available! We needed it as we got back late from a wedding nearby. Really spacious and clean. The off road parking was a bonus and really love the outdoor space. Great location and only 15min walk to the centre. Max was easy to reach and so helpful as we needed to change our arrival time earlier. Definitely staying here again if we're in the area!

It was exceptionally clean and very well equipped. Nice touch with biscuits and the makings for hot drinks. Excellent location for walking into city centre. Host made quick arrangements for safe parking of 2nd car.

The entrance to these properties is through an archway in a building. The dropped curb is offset and if you don't know this there is a good chance as I did that you will hit the high curb. There is a parking space but it is tight and the walk to the front door is across coarse gravel.the property has a number of holes in the walls as you enter which the owner described as "wear and tear when reported. The sofa has a very low back and being deep (it's also a pull out bed) is not particularly comfortable. The Bed has the worst mattress I have ever slept on, to say it's like sleeping on a bag of springs if giving it too much credit. Kitchen facilities are Ok and the bathroom is good. 8 a.m. our first morning we were awoken by the sound of workmen installing a new fence directly behind the property using a buzz saw, not the owners fault but very annoying. We didn't use the small patio as the weather was not great but it looked fine. A little TLC and a new mattress and sofa and the property would be first class but it's let down by a few simple things.

The position of this Bungalow is ideal for the town and facilities of Hereford. Walking distance to almost everything.

There was nothing not to like.

A new bungalow in a very quiet location but only 10 minutes walk into town. We were sent the code for the lockbox very early on the morning of arrival. There is a parking place next to the property. Everything is new and modern including a washing machine, Freeview/Smart tv, very comfortable bed. There is a co-op 5 minutes walk away. We would highly recommend this property.

The fridge was a larder fridge & could have done with a small freezer compartment for ice & storing freezer blocks as we made pack up's each day for our travels around the area

Centrally located in Hereford with easy access to City Centre by car or walking. Quite peaceful location with good parking facilities. Ideal as a base to discover the surrounding areas.

Overall we loved the place but we would have liked some basic things like aluminum foil etc provided in pantry for placing food on in the oven.

Great communication right from the beginning to the end with clear instructions on location and check in. Easy to find and the parking onsite was a bonus. We could walk to town in 10 mins. The house was comfortable, quiet, modern, spotless and roomy.

The properties location was spot on, town was a short walk away. I especially liked that we had parking! as I have previously stayed in properties in Hereford and they haven’t been able to provide parking near the property. The host was very helpful with directions to get the the property and was prompt with reply’s to any questions I had. We were very happy with how clean and well presented the property was, we would definitely stay again.
