The kitchenette is well equipped with everything you might need for a decent dinner. The staff is nice and kind, check in and check out processes went smoothly. The neighbourhood is very quiet yet entertaining. There's a grocery shop around the corner, a lot of coffeeshops and restaurants. There's also a public parking lot in a few steps from the building, which is absolutely affordable. I highly recommend this place - this is one of the best value for money ratio that you may find around.

I hesitate to write this review as it would hurt their business but feel that others should be aware of the issues and hopefully the owner would spend some money for professional cleaning as I suspect they do the cleaning themselves (or didn’t clean our apartment at all) and it is severely sub-par.
