The property is located in the trendy Palermo district, only 200 metres from Santa Fe Avenue. this hotel is amazing, beautiful and confortable. the staff was kind and super helpful, always willing to help. The check-in was supposed to be at 3 pm, but we arrived early and they gave us the room at 11! I really appreciated all they do for us and I highly recommend this hotel.

From the moment I arrived at this charming hotel, I was enveloped in a sense of warmth and security that made my stay truly memorable. The room was surprisingly spacious and also very clean. The well-maintained property, with its secure access and attentive staff, also provided a reassuring sense of safety, allowing me to unwind and enjoy my stay without any concerns. However, the true gems of this establishment are the people who work there. Ezekiel and Santiago's (and the other gentleman whose name I did not catch) kindness and helpfulness went above and beyond. Their genuine care for each guest shone through in their actions, from offering insightful local recommendations to accommodating special requests with grace and efficiency. Their warm and welcoming approach made a significant difference in my experience. My chats with Ezekiel about his passion for soccer were also a highlight of my trip (and btw I did make it to the Argentina v. Uruguay game....bad result but amazing experience!!). The hotel was also stocked with delicious food, providing for a nice breakfast as well as even a late night snack when I got in late one evening and they just suggested I eat some of the provided food rather than going back out to find a place to eat. Overall, this hotel is a delightful discovery for any traveler seeking comfort, security, and a touch of heartfelt hospitality. I left feeling refreshed and grateful for the exceptional service, and I look forward to my next visit.

Loved the attentive and helpfull crew. We received a welcome gift, they assisted us with booking excursions and provided us with public transport cards that we could use for our stay in BA. Would stay again when I'm around.

Located in the centre of Palermo Hollywood, Fierro Hotel Boutique offers modern and spacious rooms with free WiFi access, an iPod docking station, a coffee machine and a smart TV. Great location, very handy to have restaurant on site especially for the very hot days for lunch or dinner, super helpful staff, pool just enough to cool off. The courtyard garden is a real bonus. Would definitely stay again.

Conveniently located in the Palermo Hollywood district of Buenos Aires, Ilum Experience Home offers contemporary rooms, only a 15-minute walk from Plaza Serrano. The staff could not have been more helpful. Let us leave bags outside check-in times, gave us really good tips for the city and were really helpful. Room was really comfortable and the hotel is beautiful. Great location near lots of great bars and restaurants

The Hotel /Suites are bohemian charming and the rooms are above a bar/cultural center.The best part of the facility is staff ,Francisco the owner was extremely helpfull with a lot of small and so small requests we asked of him.The rest of the staff -not very strong in English was extremely cordial and helpfull as well.Location in Palermo Viejo is ideal for knowing the chic Palermo area well.
